Retreat Registration & Payment

  • Registration is confirmed only after full payment (or agreed-upon payment plan) is received.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of retreat planning and limited availability, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another individual with prior written approval.

  • In the unlikely event that Eleison Collective Retreats must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid, excluding any personal travel expenses.

Health & Wellness Disclaimer

  • Our retreats offer wellness experiences such as yoga, sound healing, meditation, and faith-based practices intended to support relaxation and personal growth.

  • These experiences are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate and agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being.

Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in retreat activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

  • Eleison Collective Retreats is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or illness that may occur during or after the retreat.

Accommodations & Shared Spaces

  • Retreat accommodations may include shared or private lodging, as specified at the time of booking.

  • Guests are expected to treat the property, facilitators, and fellow participants with respect.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the retreat environment, with no refund provided.

Travel & Personal Belongings

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements.

  • Eleison Collective Retreats is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Photography & Media

  • By attending, you grant permission for photographs or videos taken during the retreat to be used for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to the retreat.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and practices shared during the retreat or on this website are the intellectual property of Eleison Collective Retreats and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Modifications to the Retreat

  • We reserve the right to make changes to retreat schedules, facilitators, or activities if necessary, while maintaining the overall integrity of the experience.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Eleison Collective Retreats operates.
